2.Warranty 

We guarantee quality of the T Series products for a period of 18 months. If any quality problem within warranty, we’ll provide free spare parts or repairing service. 

3. Do you accept customization？ 

Yes, we have professional R&D teams to respond your special requirements quickly. 

 4. Can we tunning the generator by ourselves？ 

We will tune generator to the optimum resonant status before factory. It is forbidden for user to modify the parameters without Clangsonic's authorization. Anauthorized modifications may damage the devices or result in untuning between ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer. And these are also not covered by Warranty.
